(2) what method of review and assessment he anticipates for the design safety report accompanying British Nuclear Fuels plc's formal licence submission for a transportation flask for the return of vitrified high-level radioactive waste to its country of origin;
(3) when he expects to receive a formal licence submission from British Nuclear Fuels plc's for a transportation flask for the return of vitrified high-level radioactive waste to its country of origin;
(4) whether he will place in the Library a copy of British Nuclear Fuels plc's design safety report of a transportation flask for vitrified high-level radioactive waste.
§ Mr. AtkinsNo application has been received from BNFL plc or any other company for certification of a flask for the transport of vitrified high-level radioactive waste.
Details of the designs involved, were such an application to be received, would be the property of the applicant and subject to commercial confidentiality.
