§ Mr. WaldegraveThe most recent correspondence received from the European proliferation information centre (EPIC) is a letter from Dr. David Lowry dated 23 February, our reply to which will be sent shortly. The offer to hold a meeting between this Department and EPIC was made in reply to EPIC's letter of 31 October, and we hope it will soon be possible to arrange a meeting.
