§ Mr. WaldegraveThe existing know-how funds for Poland and Hungary are to be expanded to cover other eastern European countries once they are fully committed to reform. We hope to extend the fund to Czechoslovakia and will discuss with the Czechoslovak Government what form this assistance should take.
