§ Mr. PortilloNo. British Rail undertook an extensive programme of consultation in all regions before publishing in December last year its plan for international passenger and freight services when the Channel tunnel opens. In accordance with section 40 of the Channel Tunnel Act 1987 the board will be keeping this plan under review. Interested groups should therefore make their points to British Rail.
