Mr. Robin Cook

To ask the Secretary of State for Health if he will list the names of any firms of outside consultants and the terms of their contracts employed by his Department in connection with the National Health Service reforms.

  1. NML Presentations Limited—To assist with the launch of the White Paper.
  2. NML Presentations Limited—To assist with the launch of the Self Governing Hospitals initiative.
  3. Kingsley Lord—To assist with the development of an NHS Communications Programme.
