§ Mr. Peter WalkerMy Department's policy on sexual harassment is that it will not be tolerated and may lead to disciplinary proceedings. Written guidance on the complaints procedure to follow in cases of sexual harassment has been made available to all staff. Two complaints have been reported in the last five years, both of which were settled to the satisfaction of the individuals concerned without the need for disciplinary action.
