To ask the Secretary of State for Transport (1) how many(a) men and (b) women, have retrained as bus drivers since London Regional Transport has adopted its one-person operated buses policy;

(2) how many London Underground station staff have been employed by London Transport or London Regional Transport for each of the last 25 years;

(3) if he will list the number of guards employed by London Transport or London Regional Transport for each of the last 25 years;

(4) if he will list the numbers of (a) men and (b) women employed by London Transport/London Regional Transport as bus drivers for each of the last 25 years;

(5) if he will list the numbers of conductors employed by London Transport or London Regional Transport on buses for each of the last 25 years; and how many of these were women.

These are matters which fall within the day-to-day management responsibility of London Regional Tranport and its operating subsidiaries, London Underground Limited and London Buses Limited.
