§ Mr. GristThe staffing levels of the new Llanelli general hospital are primarily a matter for the health authority to decide within the resources available to it, subject to the normal arrangements for the appointment of junior staff within the framework of the "Achieving A Balance" agreement between the Health Departments, the professional and the NHS for the reform of the hospital medical staffing structure.
