To ask the Secretary of State for the Environment what is the cash-limited amount for minor repairs at the House of Commons in 1989–90.

[holding answer 2 March 1990]: Minor maintenance work is charged to class XX, vote 18, subhead G (Maintenance and other operating costs) for which the provision in 1989–90, following the supplementary estimate, is £6,003,000.
