§ Mrs. Virginia BottomleyWhen, subject to the passage of the necessary legislation, applications for National Health Service trust status are submitted, we will look to regional health authorities to make whatever arrangements they consider necessary to ensure that those with an interest, including staff, are consulted about the proposals.
