§ Mr. WakehamThe report of the National Audit Office on energy efficiency published last summer (House of Commons paper No. 547) noted that three of the 10 contract energy management arrangements in the public sector known to the EEO commenced after the issue of new guidelines in 1987. The EEO is currently engaged in an exercise to review progress.
