(2) when he intends to notify the hon. Member for Stockton, South about the outcome of his Department's inquiry into the case of Mr. John Harker.
§ Mr. John PattenA reply was sent on 26 January to my hon. Friend acknowledging recent representations from Mr. Harker. The representations are under consideration and a further letter will be sent as soon as the examination of the case is complete.
