§ Mr. NeubertNo general restrictions apply within the military air traffic zone at RAF Greenham Common, but the air traffic controllers at the base will regulate the use of runway 29 according to circumstances prevailing at the time.

If we cannot agree appropriate levels of compensation it is then open to either party to refer the case to the Lands Tribunal.
