§ Mr. NeedhamA consultation paper entitled "Metrication: Sales of Spirits for Consumption on Licensed Premises" was issued on 18 September 1989 to 35 trade and other bodies; five replies were received. As required by article 48(2) of the Weights and Measures 315W (Northern Ireland) Order 1981, interested parties will have a further opportunity to comment when the draft amending legislation is published.
