§ Mr. Ridley[pursuant to his answer, 17 January 1990, c. 286]: I have been informed today by the director of the Serious Fraud Office and the Director of Public Prosecutions that they have withdrawn their objections to the publication of the report by inspectors of their investigation under section 432(2) of the Companies Act 1985 into the affairs of House of Fraser Holdings plc. I intend therefore to publish it on 7 March. I do not intend to take any further action.
