§ Mr. TrippierHer Majesty's inspectorate of pollution regard the fitting of flue gas desulphurisation equipment as the best practicable means for limiting emissions of sulphur dioxide from coal or oil-fired power stations. Existing plant is required eventually to attain new plant standards if its lifetime justifies this.
