§ Mr. Redwood[holding answer 27 June 1990]: An allegation was received by the Department in May 1987 about the conduct of one of the directors of Hamilton House Associates Ltd., in the context of a separate business not authorised under the Prevention of Fraud. (Investments) Act 1958. The Department concluded that there were no grounds for action under the Act. FIM BRA was also notified.
