§ Mr. MellorWe estimate that something over 750,000 video cassette recorders will need to be retuned or modified in order to prevent interference between the VCR output and the Channel 5 broadcast signal. The Broadcasting Bill provides that the cost of this work should be met by the Channel 5 licensee.
