§ Mrs. ChalkerI much regret that my reply to the hon. Member for Clwyd, South-West (Mr. Jones) contained an inadvertent error. I meant to say
we aim to meet those targets".As hon. and right hon. Members may be already aware, whereas we have met the 1 per cent. of GNP target for total flows in six out of the last 10 years, we have not met the 0.15 per cent. of GNP target for official development assistance to the least-developed countries.
