§ Mr. TrippierNoise from defence establishments is formally excluded from the terms of reference of the noise review working party. However, the members of the working party are aware of the issues raised by low-flying military aircraft, and the Ministry of Defence was represented at the meeting at which aircraft noise as a whole was discussed.
