§ Mr. Kenneth ClarkeI have written to the Child Migrants Trust expressing my regret that due to a long-standing prior ministerial engagement to visit a hospital I am unable to attend the opening of the office on 29 June. I hope that the occasion will be enjoyable and that the opening will be an important stage in the work of the trust. The Government have made a grant of £20,000 to the trust to support that work.
