§ Mrs. ChalkerWe have not yet received the Commission's proposals for Lomé accession arrangements for Namibia. The United Kingdom will support generous terms of accession for Namibia to the Lomé convention. We will give sympathetic consideration to any proposal for a Namibian beef quota.
