§ Mr. McLoughlinThe report of the court of formal investigation into the loss of MV Derbyshire was published on 15 January 1990. Since that date I have received one written representation from a relative of one of those lost in the Derbyshire tragedy.
§ Mr. LoydenTo ask the Secretary of State for Transport what evidence he has received concerning the sinking of the MV Derbyshire since the conclusion of the inquiry of the commissioner for wrecks.
§ Mr. McLoughlinI have received no fresh evidence concerning the sinking of the MV Derbyshire since the court of formal investigation concluded in March 1988.
