(e) the chair of every family practitioner committee in the Northern region and (f) the members of each family practitioner committee in the Northern region on 1 April; and what he now proposes it to be in each case.
§ Mrs. Virginia BottomleyUntil 1 April 1990 the chairman of Northern regional health authority and the chairmen of each district health authority received £12,462 per annum.
New rates authorised with effect from 1 April for the chairmen of the regional health authority and district health authorities are:

Subject to parliamentary approval for the NHS and Community Care Bill, non-executive members of the reconstituted RHAs, DHAs and family health services authorities will receive remuneration at the rate of £5,000 per annum.
