§ Mr. HannamTo ask the Secretary of State for Social Security (1) how many people with severe mental handicap and severe behaviour problems have been refused mobility allowance because their walking problems cannot be attributed to a physical cause;
(2) how many people with severe mental handicap whose behaviour problems interrupt their walking progress are in receipt of mobility allowance.
