§ Mr. MichaelTo ask the Secretary of State for Wales, pursuant to his answer of 13 June on bathing waters, if he will make it his policy to encourage the display of information on water quality on beaches which do not currently have European Community designation.
§ Mr. GristAs I said in my answer of 13 June, we will be encouraging local authorities to make this information more readily available but it is for them to decide where in their areas such notices should be placed.
