§ Mr. Archie HamiltonWe have taken a wide range of measures to encourage retention of trained service personnel. These include changes in pay and allowances, including the introduction of bonuses in areas where retention is a particular difficulty, and improvements in the quality of service life. We are also examining a range of options for offering service personnel further assistance with housing.
