§ Mr. Peter LloydBetween 18 April, when the current private Member's Bill to make provision for a national lottery for the benefit of the arts, sport and the environment was introduced, and 18 June, we received a total of six letters about the Bill, all from the same member of the public, who in that period also copied to us other correspondence about his support for the measure.
