§ Mrs. Virginia BottomleyFive ambulance services have expressed interest in NHS trust status including two which are incorporated in other units. The units are:
- Northumbrian Ambulance Service
- Lincolnshire Ambulance Service
- Norfolk Ambulances
- Cornwall Community Services
- Swindon Health Authority—All District Services
