§ Mr. Alex CarlileTo ask the Secretary of State for the Environment (1) if he will make a statement concerning the disposal of captured urban foxes;
(2) if he will seek to make it a criminal offence to release foxes captured in urban areas into the countryside; and if he will make a statement;
(3) if he will give an estimate of the number of foxes captured in urban areas each year and released into the countryside;
(4) if he will make it his policy to introduce stiff penalties for persons releasing foxes captured in urban areas into the countryside.
