§ Mr. Peter LloydRegulations to modify police rent allowance were laid on 9 March. These regulations took account of representations made be my hon. Friend the Member for Uxbridge (Mr. Shersby) and representatives of the staff side of the police negotiating board, including the Police Federation. The discussions resulted in a number of important changes to the original proposals.
