§ Mrs. Gillian ShephardThe disclosure of information regulations will need amendment as a result of the provisions on occupational pensions in the Social Security Bill and of other recommendations in the Occupational Pensions Board report "Protecting Pensions" which we have accepted. A number of interested bodies have been asked for their views on the existing regulations, and responses are due very soon. In the light of these comments, we hope to bring forward our proposals as soon as possible.
