§ Mr. Peter MorrisonThe reference to 30 mm was in the consultation paper issued by the Energy Efficiency Office in February. The figure is that used previously for the homes insulation scheme. A number of representations concerning that level of insulation have been received as a result of the consultation process and are currently being considered.
