§ Mr. Peter LloydWork on a new set of guidelines is at an advanced stage and my right hon. and learned Friend hopes to issue them within the next few weeks. The new guidelines will represent an important step in ensuring that the victims of domestic violence receive the full protection of the law to which they are entitled.
