§ Mr. FreemanWhen Eurotunnel puts forward proposals covering the movement of dangerous goods and radioactive materials, they will be considered by the intergovernmental commission established by the channel tunnel treaty to oversee safety, and any necessary advice sought.
The European Commission does not at present have any direct influence in this field.
