§ Mr. ForthI received with interest the MUA's report, "Deliver us from the Post Office", published in May last year and its follow-up "Improving Postal Services", published in March this year. Quality of service is an operational matter for the Post Office. However, I know that the chairman regards this as a key priority and is constantly searching for ways to improve performance. In this he has my full support.
