§ Mr. RobertsEmployment training commenced on 5 September 1988. The budgets for 1988–89 and 1989–90 were £13.671 million and £32.741 million respectively. For 1990–91 the budget is £30.279 million. This is a reflection of the overall decline in unemployment.
