Mr. Speller

To ask the Secretary of Stste for the Environment what are(a) the average cost per person of Government provision towards local government services and (b) individual community charges in each district of Devon.

The amount of external support (revenue support grant, special grant and business rates) per adult and the community charge for each district in Devon are:
