To ask the Secretary of State for Scotland if he will obtain for his departmental library a copy of the speech on Friday 18 May by Superintendent Donald McLean, president of the Association of Scottish Police Superintendents, on the subject of homeless young people in bed-and-breakfast accommodation funded by the Department of Social Security.
