§ Mr. TrippierYes. I have placed in the Library a summary of the limits—the "K" factors—for all the statutory water companies up to 1999–2000. Our proposals will allow charges to rise by 6.5 per cent. a year on average in real terms over the next five years and by less than 2 per cent. a year on average in the following five years.
