676WBritish aid for tropical forestry is continuously monitored and assessed by the ODA. On intellectual property rights, my hon. and learned Friend the Minister for Industry wrote to the hon. Member on 24 May. ODA officials met Dr. Darrell Posey on 16 May and the issue is under study.
