§ Mr. DorrellSince the reply given to my hon. Friend by my hon. Friend the then Parliamentary Under-Secretary of State for Health on 5 April 1990 at columns736–37, we have received representations from hon. Members on behalf of the president of the British Kidney Patient Association and of several constituents. We are also in frequent contact with organisations and individuals interested in promoting organ donation.
