§ Mr. GummerAll representations of significance are drawn to the attention of members of the committee and arrangements have been made for all written representations arising from the announcement of the committee agenda to be made available for members to see at each meeting.
§ Dr. David ClarkTo ask the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food if he will list consumer organisations, manufacturers and individuals who have made representations to the Food Advisory Committee since 1 January 1988, giving their names and the month in which the representations were received.
§ Mr. GummerMy Department receives a considerable number of representations on matters relating to the work of the Food Advisory Committee and they are brought to the committee's attention as appropriate. Those who have made written representations received by the committee secretariat as a direct result of the committee's own press releases announcing the agenda for its meetings, which were first issued in August 1988, are listed in the following table.
