To ask the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food what was the total domestic consumption of home-grown wheat in the latest convenient 12-month period.

§ Mr. Curry
The latest MAFF estimate of total consumption of home-grown wheat within the United Kingdom for the marketing year ended on 30 June 1990 is 10.68 million tonnes.
