To ask the Secretary of State for the Environment what grant he is proposing to make to the West Lancashire district council to upgrade the Tanhouse estate in Skelmersdale under the estate programme; and if he will make a statement.

Estate Action resources to improve the Tanhouse estate have been provisionally earmarked as follows:
