[holding answer 19 July 1990]: Regulations 17(1962) and (EEC) 1017/68 were both adopted before we joined the Community. Following the recommendation of the Select Committee on European Legislation, the other regulations were debated in the House as follows:

  • Regulation (EEC) 4056/86 on 11 March 1986
  • Regulation (EEC) 3975/87 on 9 December 1986
  • Regulation (EEC) 4253/88 on 21 December 1988
  • Regulation (EEC) 4064/89 on 17 May 1989
