To ask the Secretary of State for Transport what is the minimum period required to elapse between successive driving examinations; and if he will make a statement.

§ Mr. Chope
For the "L" test the minimum period prescribed in regulations is one month. There is no corresponding minimum period for HGV or PSV tests.
