§ Mr. EggarA number of letters have been received on the future of the Replan programme. The present programme comes to an end in October 1991. Two separate proposals for a successor programme to Replan from the National Institute of Adult Continuing Education and the Further Education Unit were received at the end of April. My right hon. Friend hopes to announce a decision in the autumn.
