§ Mr. Lennox-Boyd[holding answer 10 July 1990]: Between 18 May 1990 and 7 July 1990 the Hong Kong authorities issued 15 export licences as follows:

This licence was issued on 5 July 1990, but expired on 16 July 1990 without being collected by the applicant.
