§ Mr. William RossTo ask the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland (1) what information he has available to indicate how many(a) men, (b) women and (c) juveniles charged in the last three years and in this year to date with (ii) possession of firearms, (i) possession of ammunition, (iii) possession of explosives, (iv) attempted murder and (v) murder were also charged with membership of an illegal organisation, showing for each category the numbers associated with each illegal organisation;
(2) how many (a) adult male and (b) adult female prisoners there were in prison in Northern Ireland at 30 June in each year from 1985 to 1990 found guilty of (i) membership of an illegal organisation (ii) possession of explosives, (iii) possion of ammunition, (iv) possession of firearms, (v) attempted murder and (vi) murder or as much information as is available to him;
(3) how many (a) men, (b) women and (c) juveniles charged with (i) murder, (ii) attempted murder, (iii) possession of firearms, (iv) possession of ammunition, (v) possession of explosives and (vi) membership of an illegal organisation, in each of the last five years and in this year to date have actually stood trial on those charges; and how many in each of those categories were (1) convicted (2) found not guilty and (3) convicted of a lesser charge.
